Smelling oils, getting a massage, or doing steam inhalations are all valid methods of application—but only when used in a targeted, informed, and personalized way do they become real therapy.

I approach every client holistically—looking beyond physical symptoms to consider emotional well-being, lifestyle, thought patterns, daily stressors, and sources of joy.
